1. Purchase your $150 store credit and book your consultation time.

Yes - you read that right! This service is offered with the small purchase of a $150 store credit (per room) that can be applied toward one of the pieces suggested for your space, or anything else in the Arcadia collection! After you purchase your credit, we’ll contact you to book a time to meet with our interior stylist. We recommend meeting with us in the showroom but we would be happy to meet with you virtually if you can’t make it here in person!  

2. Prepare for your one-on-one meeting.

Once we have confirmed your consultation time, we’ll send you your homework! Before your meeting, we ask that you come prepared with inspiration photos, measurements and photos of your space as well as photos of any pieces you would like to incorporate into the design plan; When you come prepared, it ensures that our interior stylist can accurately assess your wants and needs for your space!

3. Meet with our Interior Stylist.

At your meeting, your interior stylist will ask you a few questions regarding your budget, overall aesthetic, and your lifestyle. You’ll also review your measurements and photos. This is your opportunity to let our interior stylist know exactly what you’re hoping to achieve in your space. 

4. Design presentation.

Armed with your photos and inspiration, your stylist will put together a digital design board showcasing all of the pieces suggested for your newly inspired space. This will be sent to you along with a curated shopping list with prices and estimated lead-times! 

5. Review and revise.

After you receive your design presentation, you’ll have two weeks to review and revise up to three products if you wish. Our hope is that you’ll love every piece we’ve hand-selected just for you but we understand that sometimes things need a little tweaking! Should any revisions be required, your consultant will adjust accordingly and present you with the revised design board within the week.

6. Time to shop!

This part is pretty self explanatory! You’ll have your curated list of items and will decide if you would like to proceed with the purchase of all the pieces we’ve selected for you or just a few! Your $150 store credit is eligible to be redeemed up to 6 months after purchase so you’ll have time to decide.
