Sometimes you just need a little guidance to make it to the finish line. At Arcadia we offer hourly consulting to help our clients achieve our signature style in every aspect of their home; even the smallest details. This service would work well for renovations, new builds, colour consults, material & finish selections, design advise, small scale design direction and anything in-between.

We offer comprehensive AutoCAD and millwork design services customized to meet the unique needs of each client. Our team combines creativity with technical expertise to bring your vision to life. 
FURNISHING
At Arcadia, we offer detailed furnishing selection services personalized to our clients' unique preferences, lifestyle and goals. OUR PROCESS
ONBOARDING & INITAL MEETING
Once we get your questionaire, had the chance to jump on a discovery call, gone over all the project details and feel we are a good fit to work together, onboarding officially begins. We will arrange a one-hour meeting with you on-site (if applicable.)
PROJECT SCOPE, CONTRACT, RETAINER & HOMEWORK
After the first initial meeting we'll put together a design proposal that outlines the scope, timeline, and estimated design fees. After all of that is complete, we will send you over your design homework.
DESIGN & SOURCING
After we receive your homework our team will begin planning the overall colour palette and design direction. Then we'll get to work sourcing, drawing, and preparing your design presentation.

Once all designs are approved, our team begins ordering, handles all receiving coordination and tracks any backorders.
During this time we will book any trade work we may need to do in your home so everything is completed before install day.
INSTALL & PHOTOGRAPHY
It's finally install day - which is the icing on the cake! Right after installation we'll schedule a photoshoot with a professional photographer to showcase your beautiful home.
